Whether you are an Aspiring Barista, Coffee enthusiast, Starting up your own coffee shop or just want to learn about coffee from scratch, this program is perfect for you!
We will guide you through from the Basics of coffee to Making your own Coffee.

>2 days Immersion (6 hours/ session)

To keep track of the daily sessions, below is the day-to-day time frame of our classes.
Class sessions will be as follows:
Session 1, (Monday) – Online class, 9am to 12nn
Session 2, (Tuesday) -Online class, 9am to 12nn
Session 3, (Wednesday) – Face to face, 9am to 4pm
Session 4, (Thursday) – Face to face, 9am to 4pm
Session 5, (Friday) -Face to face, 9am to 4pm
Session 6, (Monday) -Face to face, 9am to 4pm
Session 7, (Tuesday) -Face to face, 9am to 4pm
Session 8, (Wednesday) -Instore, Between Opening 7am, Closing 7pm
Session 9, (Thursday) -Instore, Between Opening 7am, Closing 7pm
Session 8 & 9 shall be extended if students exceed 6 participants.
Batch A & B having 5 participants for each batch.
Session 10, TBA National Assessment, Tentatively Friday of the same week , 8am to 5pm
Classes will only be held from Mondays to Fridays.

Learn to bake from the basics with our newest program for Bread and pastry.
This program is dedicated for starter and aspiring bakers exploring this new skill.
It comes with 4 days intensive training for theoretical and practical demonstrations guiding you and honing your skills through the process. At the end of the program, students will be endorsed for National Assessment for BPP NC II.
